brain and music

i have the oddest tendency for confusing elliott smith and billy bragg. they are nothing alike. but i listened to them both in same era. "baby britian" reminds me of austin, drinking shiner on my porch, mix tapes, and elliott smith and billy bragg.

If it makes you feel better, I wouldn't know Elliot Smith if he hit me over the head with his CD.

I know that doesn't make you feel better, as it is your job in the universe to be more musically astute than I am, but I felt I needed to comment since there was a post to read. :-P
